Oliver is one of the newest recruits at FC Pinzgau Saalfelden, having joined the club at the end of January 2020. Following spells with Wellington United and the Wellington Phoenix Reserves in his homeland, the left-back moved to Australia to join the Central Coast Mariners U21s in March 2019. He then spent a few months with English outfit Frickley Athletic before signing for FCPS. Relocating to Austria has been a seamless transition thanks to the friendliness of the local community, according to Oliver, whose hobbies include cooking and playing a round of golf with his family and friends.
“The project is a big motivator for myself, knowing that the club has big ambitions for the future. It shows the club has a great pathway set out and that's something I like to see. It's a very exciting project and I'm looking forward to being a part of it and helping the club achieve its goals.”
