Markus Fürstaller’s team will play their final home match of Pinzgau23 campaign against third-place VfB Hohenems.

In the first encounter in the Westliga, small details decided in favor of the Vorarlberg team. Now Tandari & Co. want to take revenge and ensure a positive home finish.

Directly after the Men’s match, the FC Pinzgau Saalfelden women play against USK Hof. With one game less, Sierra Cristiano’s team currently has six points on the table leader SG Tennengau. Since it comes in the last round to the direct duel, the title fight is exciting until the last round.

PERSONNEL SITUATION

Semir Gvozdjar, Benjamin Hutter, Raphael Streitwieser and David Rathgeb are not available against Hohenems due to injury. Felix Adjei is slightly injured, a decision on his use will only be made in the short term. After his minor muscle injury, Philipp Zehentmayr returned to team training during the week.

STATEMENT

Markus Fürstaller: “It will certainly not be an easy game, we have already seen that in the first leg in Hohenems. Our goal is to put in a good performance in our last home game and add to our points tally. We want to keep the game open and have to create more scoring chances again. Ideally, we can help Bischofshofen a little from afar and keep their backs up. For Salzburg, it would be good if we could maybe get an extra spot for Regionalliga West next season.”
