Start of preparations for 2022

FC Pinzgau Saalfelden kicked off their winter preparations this Monday. In temperatures below freezing and with a thick layer of snow coating the ground, Christian Ziege’s team gathered together at Sportanlage Bürgerau for the first time since the winter break – during which the players were given an extensive programme to complete at home.

Despite the strict corona regulations, there was a great atmosphere among the squad. “We’re happy that it’s starting up again. Our players have come through the break well and are in a good physical condition. That’s a good platform to build on. We will quickly take the scope and intensity up a notch. In the coming weeks, we want to lay the foundations for a successful spring season,” explained head coach Christian Ziege.
